Who Are We?
Our fastpitch softball travel organization offers high-level skill development and competitive play for girls between the ages of 8 - 18 years old. Our 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U & 18U tournament teams compete in USA Softball Junior Olympic, USSSA and Fastpitch Nation events. In addition, we play in 12U & 14U indoor winter league at Fastpitch Nation in Bloomfield, CT.
Heat Softball is a non-profit organization, so every dollar goes to further our mission of helping young female athletes in the area reach their full potential, both in sports and in life. We are a competitive program and through discipline, teamwork, and perseverance, we strive to empower our players to succeed both academically and athletically. The Heat competes in regional USA Softball, USSSA and Fastpitch Nation softball tournaments mainly in June & July (although 10U & 12U could start as as early as April). We train year-around including fall tournaments and/or league play, indoor winter training and highly competitive summer tournaments against teams from across the United States. Typically, our training starts off light in fall with just a few practices and 1-2 tournaments; winter training on Sundays from Jan. - March; and then we train regularly and play on weekends in June and July. Our highly competitive teams may elect to participate in a National Level tournaments in Maryland or Tennessee.
